The food was amazing at Pacos Tacos. My order was made to perfection hot and ready! Whenever I am hungry this is my go-to spot and does not disappoint. I highly recommend eating here if you want authentic Mexican food!!!

Cooked-to-order tacos that are legitimately fresh and full of flavor, plus some of the best consommé Birria I’ve had in a long time. Every bite felt like someone’s abuela was in the back putting love on the grill. The homemade hot sauces? Enough kick to wake you up, but balanced enough to not torch your tastebuds. Perfect pit stop for a quick, delicious lunch that doesn’t feel like fast food. Friendly people, fair prices, and food that blows a lot of sit-down places out of the water. 10/10—will absolutely be back every time I’m in the area. Don’t sleep on this truck.

We tried this place on a whim, and let me tell you the food was so good and HIT THE SPOT. The service was excellent, and it was clean and well maintained, didn’t catch the gentleman’s name nor the woman, but they both were incredibly nice! We definitely will be back to try the birria tacos!!!

Best tacos on our Route 60 Taco Crawl. Everything was better than the rest: incredible meat, everything on the posted menu was available (including dessert!), seasonal specials, fullest tacos, most meat per taco, double wrapped tortilla, great salsa

Awesome place to go! I received unbelievably good service. The lady working was super helpful and kind. The food was SOOOOO GOOD!!! I got the three meat burrito and all the tacos and my goodness it was the best food truck. I will 100% be returning:) Thank you all so much.

Best "cheap eats around." Owner and staff couldn't be nicer or hard working. Sauces and onion pickle take it to a five. April 2020. Just had mexican shrimp cocktail. Easily $15 at a trendy restaurant. Vibrant flavors. Fresh vegs and shrimp. Paco's never disappoints at a budget price. Great person as well.
